More about how Hiyr works for drivers
If you want driver jobs in the UK, Hiyr is a marketplace where clients hire you directly. Create a free profile, complete the transport check, and get paid through Hiyr when the client confirms the work. Hiyr does not employ you. It does not provide a vehicle, arrange your insurance, or set your hours.
You join as yourself. A client posts the driving and chooses who to hire. Hiyr does not allocate you from a book and it does not run a fleet. Your rate is the rate you put on your profile.
Van driver jobs, chauffeur work and courier jobs are separate trades. They are not listed on this page. Mention them on your profile only if that is actually the work you do, and use the matching trade when a page exists for it.

The transport check
A transport profile is asked for photo ID, proof of right to work, a driving licence for the vehicle classes you offer.
Photo ID
Government-issued photo ID matching your profile name.
Right to work
Passport, BRP, or share code proving UK work eligibility.
Driving licence
Valid UK driving licence for the vehicle classes you offer.
Vehicle / hire insurance
Motor insurance covering hire & reward or courier work where required.
More about the transport check
A transport profile is asked for photo ID, proof of right to work, a driving licence for the vehicle classes you offer, and vehicle or hire insurance where the work needs it. A member of staff reviews those documents before the profile can be hired. The licence and the insurance are yours. Hiyr does not supply either, and it does not set your hours.
Read the job before you accept it. The client names the collection, the drop-off and the timing.

More about where the jobs are listed
People also search for driver jobs in London. Name that city on your profile if you will work there. This national page lists a job only when it is a real UK post for driving, after test titles and locations outside the UK are removed. If the list is empty, that is the board today. This page does not add a vacancy count.

Questions
Is Hiyr a driving agency?
No. Hiyr is a marketplace. Clients hire you directly. Hiyr does not employ you and it does not supply drivers the way an agency does.
Does Hiyr provide the vehicle, the insurance or the hours?
No. You use the vehicle and the insurance you described. Hiyr does not provide a vehicle, arrange insurance, or set your hours. The client writes the timing on the job.
Do I pay to create a profile?
No. Creating a profile and getting verified is free. You are paid through Hiyr when a client confirms the work.
Will this page list every driver job in the UK?
No. It lists a job only when that job is a real published UK post for this trade. If none are open, create a profile and a client can hire you when they post.
