Hiyr is a marketplace that connects clients with verified workers and subcontractors. By creating an account you agree to use the platform in good faith, keep your details accurate, and complete hiring and payments on Hiyr.

Clients must complete identity verification before posting jobs or paying for work. Providers must complete verification before applying, messaging clients, or receiving payouts. Admin approval can be withdrawn if documents are invalid or the account is misused.

All booking payments go through Hiyr secure payments. Sharing bank details, card numbers, or asking to pay off-platform is prohibited and may lead to suspension. Disputes should be raised from the booking so funds can be held until a decision is made.

You are responsible for the work you offer or request, including licences, insurance, and tax. Hiyr is not the employer of workers or subcontractors listed on the platform.
