Privacy Policy

Hiyr collects the information you provide to run the marketplace: account details, verification documents, job posts, messages, bookings, and payment records. We also store device and session data needed to keep you signed in and to detect abuse.

We use this data to operate hiring, secure payments, support, and account security. Marketing emails are optional and can be turned off in Privacy & data. Transactional messages about bookings, payouts, and verification still send.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Hiyr stores only the references needed to charge a saved method. Identity documents are reviewed by Hiyr staff for verification and are not shown on public profiles.

You can export a copy of your data or request account deletion from Privacy & data. Financial records required by law may be retained after deletion. Public profile information you publish (name, bio, reviews) can be seen by other users.
