More about how it works
Hire ID-checked cleaners for domestic visits, end-of-tenancy cleans and small commercial rooms. London and Birmingham each have a page. Supply in those cities may be empty, and the city pages stay out of the search index until enough verified cleaners are actually listed. You can still post a job for free.

More about what a verified cleaner means here
Cleaners sit in home services. Hiyr asks them for photo ID, proof of right to work, a relevant qualification or training certificate, and public liability insurance. A reviewed profile is a document check. It is still worth reading the insurance date and the areas they cover before you hire.
A cleaner’s rate is their own hourly or day rate. Hiyr does not publish a national price list. Compare the profile, the borough and the tasks. End-of-tenancy work, a weekly domestic clean, and a post-fit-out tidy are different briefs. Write the one you need.
Posting a job is free. Searching providers is free. Hiyr charges a platform fee only when you pay for a hire at checkout, and the fee is shown before you confirm. You hire on the platform. Contact details are not packaged and sold as a lead.
Hiyr is a marketplace for verified hiring, not an employer and not a labour agency. The provider sets the rate. Tax, CIS and employment status stay between the client and the provider.
Where the city pages are
The London page talks about flats, checkout inventories and concierge buildings.
More about where the city pages are
The London page talks about flats, checkout inventories and concierge buildings. The Birmingham page talks about city-centre apartments, Edgbaston houses, and units in Digbeth and the Jewellery Quarter. Both pages list a cleaner only when the profile is verified and the location matches that city. Cleaners in Manchester or elsewhere are not copied onto those URLs to make the pages look busy.
Window cleaners and carpet cleaners remain separate trades. This hub is for cleaners.

Questions
Why might the London or Birmingham cleaner page have no profiles?
Because the live list is empty or still short. Hiyr would rather show a recruitment note than invent cleaners. Post a job free or join as a provider.
Is there a fee to post?
No fee to post or to search. The platform fee applies at checkout when you pay for a hire.
What documents are reviewed?
Photo ID, right to work, a relevant qualification or training certificate, and public liability insurance.
