Construction providers are asked for photo ID, proof of right to work, a CSCS card and a trade certificate. A member of staff reviews those documents before the profile can be hired. Match the card colour on the profile to the colour your site entrance requires.
Scheme membership such as NICEIC or NAPIT is something you ask for when the job needs it. Name it in the post and read the certificate on the profile. For notifiable domestic work in England, agree who self-certifies under the Building Regulations. Hiyr does not submit that notice.
Posting a job is free. Searching providers is free. Hiyr charges a platform fee only when you pay for a hire at checkout, and the fee is shown before you confirm. You hire on the platform. Contact details are not packaged and sold as a lead.
Hiyr is a marketplace for verified hiring, not an employer and not a labour agency. The provider sets the rate. Tax, CIS and employment status stay between the client and the provider.
Birmingham first
The Birmingham page covers Digbeth conversions, city-centre fit-out and houses that need a tested alteration rather than a call-out club.
More about Birmingham first
The Birmingham page covers Digbeth conversions, city-centre fit-out and houses that need a tested alteration rather than a call-out club. It lists electricians whose location is Birmingham. It does not pull in other trades to look busy. London electrical pages are not part of this wedge.
