What joining involves
A profile is free.
More about what joining involves
A profile is free. Construction work asks for photo ID, proof of right to work, a CSCS card and a trade certificate. A member of staff reviews those documents before the profile can be hired. Your rate is the rate you put on the profile. You are not paying to unlock a client’s phone number.
Questions
Is Hiyr a labour agency?
No. Hiyr is a marketplace. Clients hire you directly. Hiyr does not employ you and it does not supply labour the way an agency does.
Do I pay to create a profile?
No. Creating a profile and getting verified is free. You are paid through Hiyr when a client pays for a hire.
Which work pages exist?
A UK labourer jobs page, plus London and Birmingham, and national pages for drivers, bricklayers, tutors, graphic designers, couriers, chauffeurs, site managers, IT support, plasterers, videographers, welders, van drivers, writers, social media managers, personal trainers, massage therapists and dryliners. Trades that are not in that list do not have a worker URL yet. Say the work you do on your profile so a client can hire you when they post.
